If this is your first master’s degree and you were hired by the District after August of 2000, you will be moving two salary steps if you:

1. Submit your official transcripts electronically to: HumanResources@rcsdk12.org.        

OR

By US mail to Office of Human Capital, 131 West Broad St., Rochester, NY 14614.

Get confirmation in writing from the District that your transcripts were received and KEEP this in your professional records. If you have a phone conversation with an OHC employee, you need to send an email confirming the conversation on such and such a date and stating that if you do not hear otherwise in writing that the above is correct.

Currently, transcripts received by 10/1 will be backdated to the beginning of the school year; or if received by April 1 to the beginning of the second semester.
