Greetings Teachers!
The Deferred for Summer 2024 Pay program is almost open for enrollment. This program allows teachers to have a portion of their net salary withheld each pay period during the 2023-24 school year. The withheld salary is set aside by the District and paid to you over the summer of 2024.
Enrollment Period: May 21st – July 2nd
Attached are enrollment instructions along with a list of frequently asked questions/answers related to the Deferred for Summer Pay Program.
Note:
– This is a voluntary deduction. If you do not wish to have monies deferred for payment next summer (2024), no action is required.
– If you are at risk of being laid-off or are otherwise separating at the end of the 2022-23 school year, you will be allowed to sign up for Deferred for Summer in the event you are recalled/rehired. You must request this option at the time you are recalled/rehired.
