I emailing in reference to the New York State Health Care Worker Bonus (HWB) Program. Your name was previously submitted to NYS Department of Health for vesting period 3. We have now received the payment from NYS and you will receive a bonus ($1,500) for vesting period 3. As a reminder, eligible staff are only eligible for up to 2 vesting periods.
This payment will be made to you on August 11, 2023. Please look for this payment at that time.
