The deadline to redeem your Rally Healthy Reward credits (points) is December 30th. There will be no grace period and credits will not be able to be redeemed after this date. It is recommended that if you have Rally credits to redeem, to cash them in as soon as possible.
WE DID NOT LOSE ANY BENEFIT, the only change is the platform and how it is delivered. Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield is changing the vendor of the Healthy Rewards program starting on January 1, 2024 to a platform called Thrive Well. Excellus BCBS made this change unilaterally for all of its clients nationwide.
Directions to sign up for Thrive Well will be distributed to all members and posted on the RTA website after January 1, 2024. You will not be able to sign up before this date.
In the meantime, because of this change, you need to redeem whatever points/rewards you have with Rally by December 30th or you will lose these points/rewards as they will not transfer to the new vendor.
