Rally Access Is Being Addressed

We are aware that some members are experiencing problems with access to their Rally Rewards Program, specifically those whose spouses also participate in the program. The problem was initially fixed and since then a similar coding issue has resurfaced. Excellus has communicated to the District they are working to fix the problem. As you know there are no changes to our Rally program this year. We thank all of those who have alerted us to the problem and thank you for your patience. When there is more info we will post it here on the RTA website.
