On Tuesday, November 7, we will have an opportunity to cast a very important vote on whether we should approve authorization to hold a Constitutional Convention in New York State. I urge you to vote NO. It would be a hugely expensive and dangerous “Pandora’s Box”. Public education and your rights and benefits could be in jeopardy – including the security of your retirement pension. And the very same politicians who are now in office would constitute the majority of delegates to this wasteful political gimmick.
