JIRA – Help Desk Software system

During the 2019-20 school year you will be able to put in a ticket to the Helpdesk online.  The software can be accessed thru ROConnect and will allow for you to enter a ticket at your convenience.  You will be notified via email when a ticket is created, modified, or closed.  Please note, if your ticket is missing important information (such as computer service tag, or computer name) resolution times may be delayed.

Once logged in to ROConnect by going to http://roconnect.rcsdk12.org, you will see a Helpdesk icon available for you to use:

In order to provide you with more timely customer service, the RCSD is discontinuing acceptance of tickets via email.  The RCSD is encouraging you to try the new Helpdesk portal.  They will continue to have live agents for phone and walk-in support available during normal business hours.
