If you are in the district, you can change your password by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del and selecting change password.

If you cannot login to ROConnect, then you will need to change your password. It is possible to change your password from home using the following directions.

There will be additional support tomorrow (6/11/21) including:  

  • TOA office hours 7:30-3:30 posted on RCSD Learns  
  • Increased support staff on Helpdesk phones  
  • Helpdesk Express for walk-in support at Central Office  
  • Technicians will be available at secondary school libraries (hours to be shared with schools directly).
