It is possible that it will occur on 6/30/21. When there is confirmation we will post on the RTA website/social media.

School Addresses and Start Times
2021-2022 TEACHER TRANSFER /PLACEMENT DAYS
Teacher Transfer/Placement Days are scheduled to be held virtually during the month of June. If you applied for voluntary transfer or were displaced from your building you will receive communication to your District email with the Zoom link and additional information for transfer day.
The schedule is as follows:
- June 2, 2021 – Elementary Tenure Area
- June 8, 2021 – Subject Tenure Areas
- English
- Foreign Language
- Math
- Science
- Social Studies
- June 9, 2021 – Subject Tenure Areas
- Art
- Music
- PE
- Health
- Library
- ESOL
- Guidance
- Social Work
- TBD – Special Education Tenure Area
For each day, the schedule will be as follows:
- Wednesday, June 2:
- 1:15pm-Online sign-in
- 2:00pm- Start of transfer rounds beginning with the voluntary round
- Tuesday, June 8:
- 3:15pm-Online sign-in
- 4:00pm- Start of transfer rounds by tenure area beginning with the voluntary round
- Wednesday, June 9:
- 12:15pm-Online sign-in
- 1:00pm- Start of transfer rounds by tenure area beginning with the voluntary round
Please note:
- Start times are estimates.
- If you have not been displaced and are not seeking to voluntarily transfer for the 2021-2022 school year, you do not need to attend Transfer Day (even if you previously applied in the online system).
- You may designate a proxy to attend and choose an assignment on your behalf. Any choice made by proxy is irrevocable. RTA Proxy Form can be found here.

All Placement Days will take place via ZOOM.
