Good Morning,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the current technical issues experienced with the Thrivewell healthy rewards program. We understand the importance of your participation in this initiative, and we want to assure you that we are actively addressing the challenges to provide you with seamless access to Thrivewell.
Excellus has contracted with Thrivewell as our trusted vendor for these services, and unfortunately, we are encountering some unexpected technical hurdles. We are working with our partner Lawley to resolve this issue. We do not have a specific timeframe for when the system will be fully operational. Please be assured that we are committed to overcoming these obstacles as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. In the meantime, we would like to share some important information about the Thrivewell program:
1. Unlike Rally, Thrivewell operates on a points-based system. Accumulate points by logging exercises, watching videos, completing assessments, and more. Once your points surpass a certain threshold, you can redeem them for monetary rewards.
2. For those who have encountered issues with the app requesting a code upon download, please note that account creation cannot be done through the app. Once Excellus makes the link available on our website, please log into the Thrivewell site via a computer through the Excellus website. After creating your account online, you will then be able to use the app seamlessly.
We understand the frustration this may cause, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, as soon as the Thrivewell program is fully operational through Excellus, we will promptly communicate the details to you.
Thank you for your continued commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve these technical issues.
Wishing you wellness and looking forward to a smooth resolution soon.
Best regards,
Joseph Sergio, Ed.D. | Sr. Director of Employee Benefits & Wellness
