#1: To lobby state lawmakers to pass legislation that lessens the “Draconian” retirement requirements for Tiers 5 and 6.
#2: To support state and local legislators who vote for legislation that supports education and educators. eg. state aid.
#3: To produce advertisements that counter-attacks on public education and public school educators.
#4: To fight for improvements to our pensions, especially for Tiers 5 and 6 as aforementioned.
#5: To protect our employment benefits
#6: To protect our rights as educators, e.g. tenure, just cause, and due process.
