Completion of the Gen-X course is required by September 2019. It is entitled: Workplace Harassment for Employees, State of New York and NYC*. This is the only acceptable course to fulfill the NYS law. Please be sure that this is the course you complete.

(edited 8/15/19) A couple of points about the mandatory Workplace Harassment for Employees, State of New York and NYC course that is required by September 2019.
1) Workplace Harassment for Employees, State of New York and NYC (or Workplace Harassment for Employees, State of New York) are the only course(s) that you can take to fulfill the requirement. The company added on the “and NYC” this summer. It is the same course.
2) When you have completed the correct course, it will be put in your TNL profile (with some lag time). You would have to complete the survey for PD credit. You do not necessarily have to sign up through TNL to take the course. This would be the easiest way to check that you have fulfilled the requirement. If you took the wrong course it will not show up in TNL.
3) You do not have to email anything to the RCSD HR. The training says “…which then can be emailed and sent to the Human Resource Department” because other companies and schools are using that program to comply with the NYS law. If you see it in your TNL you are all set.
