We are very excited to announce that were hosting our first ever Certification Day on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Rochester Regional Office (30 N. Union St., 1st floor conference center, Rochester, NY 14607).  This informational day is open to all members-teachers, teaching assistants, and local leaders- who have questions concerning NYS certification, such as the application process, help with meeting requirements, certificate maintenance, available resources to find answers to questions, and options to obtain additional credentials, etc.

There will be a continental breakfast at 8:30 am followed by a general session from 9-10:30 am and then you may sign up for an individual 10-minute consultation with an expert from NYSUTs Research & Education Services Department to answer your specific certification questions. There are only two openings available per each 10 minute slot which will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
